ABOUT THE COMPANY

Bonanza Goldfields Corp. was incorporated in the State of Nevada on March 6, 2008 to engage in the acquisition, exploration and development of natural resource properties. We acquired an Arizona property known as BRB Claim. This property is  comprised of two unpatented placer claims (320 acres) on BLM ground in the southern part of the Vulture Mining District, Maricopa County Arizona on the northeastern flank of the Belmont Mountains. The property is located along a twelve mile northwest striking mineralized trend where several gold and copper mines previously operated.

In Arizona, deposits of numerous, yet-to-be exploited minerals lie on the southern part of the Vulture Mining District known as the Black Rock Basin (BRB). Over the past two years, Bonanza has taken over 400 soil and rock chip samples within the boundaries of its unpatented placer claims  #1 and  #2 , located in northeast ¼ Section 20 and southeast ¼ Section 17 of the BRB. Prior assay results revealed the presence of gold up to 0.10 oz per ton, silver up to 7 oz per ton, lead over 20% and zinc over 30% per ton with some copper within this vast area.

Bonanza, along with Gold Exploration LLC, continue to make steady progress in their first exploratory program. Gold Exploration has completed mapping and surveying on Claims #1 and #2 and a  topographical map has been created. This information was filed with the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in a Notice of Intent (NOI) and bonds were posted as required to the State of Arizona. Upon BLM's approval of the NOI, Gold Exploration can begin backhoe trenching and sampling on its predetermined trench sites. Trench sites have been established at six gold soil anomalies that were previously proven to contain gold and other rich mineral reserves. Pending favorable assay results from Gold Exploration, BONZ intends to begin construction on new/make improvements to roads leading to these trench sites that can benefit a future drilling program.
